Tales of the Abyss

Well it'll be October soon and that means new anime, one I and many others are looking forward to is the "Tales of the Abyss" anime, and this will be a full TV series-26 episdoes, not an OVA or a short series, so thats even better. (Thought I'd make this topic now, the sooner the better right?)

I came ........ again. This is just so awesome. I got the game last week and all I can say is the anime will kick ass. I just hope it's longer than Symphonia's 4 episodes.

Yep, longer than 4. Also I might be alone in this, but I hope the english cast comes back for the dub if it comes to the states.

omg! i was told about something like this but i never really paid any attention towards it.

Good god, ever since this came out, I've become a ToA fag such that I download both the HQ raws from Zero then download it AGAIN from GG after.

Either way the quality animation is very high and script is pretty much dead-on with the game. So far it's just been pretty awesome. Lol'd at Diethar.. I mean Van. I can't take him seriously now. Plus Jade is pretty awesome now too ^^.

I already laughed at Van, when I played the Jap version of the game.
They use all the same VA from the game.

Takehito Koyasu did a very good job, voicing the Sarcastic Jade.
Momoi Haruka with anise sounds cute as ever.
Yukana's voice + Tear + Nice body = Much more Sexier! XD

The anime is great so far, I just can't imagine how cute Arietta (Loli ALERT XD ) can be.

Actually the only VA they changed was Ion. But that's about it. I heard some of Ion's skits in some of the subbed ones but I think it was good when they changed it. Now it really does sound like Ion

(FYI: Ion from the game = Pikachu)
But enough about that...

Yeah when I saw Anise I was really surprised. I especially loved how they animated the Six-God Generals. They're so awesome (more loli alerts for Arietta) and Legretta just looks soooo cool.

One of the best anime I've ever seen that successfully adapts a fantasy-setting video game. Shining X Tears was decent, Tales of Vesperia was OK, and the rest suck so much I can't list them. This show is great, and I expect good stuff from it.

I wonder if one of the companies involved is Sunrise is because it's doing so well right now?

Either way I just hope for a non PLOT-HAX ending by Sunrise. Recently I've been experiencing too many twists from them.
