[Anime] Natsuyuki Rendezvous

Plot Summary: Ryosuke works part-time as a florist. He has bad eyesight, a pure heart, and a secret crush on the store manager, Rokka. Unfortunately for him, Rokka swore off love 8 years ago. But when Ryosuke goes up to her apartment on the second floor, he runs into a good-looking half-naked man. At first upset, he learns that this isn't Rokka's live-in boyfriend; he's the ghost of her late husband, Atsushi. She can't see him, and Ryosuke decides not to give up on her, even with a dead husband standing in the way.

Gotta say I enjoyed the first episode.

I enjoy the forwardness of the series compared to the indecisiveness you see in some of the other stuff out there. The plot is forward moving without being too heavy or serious giving it a "cool" feel. The show definitely seems like a highlight for this season.

I like the flow of the first episode, it's been a while since an anime dealt with love in a mature manner. This is probably one of the rare animes where I liked both Opening and Ending songs.

It's not my usual cup of tea, but I oddly enjoyed the first episode.

Well, episode 2 was sad, I feel bad for Hazuki. He has an uphill battle to overcome.

Meh not great. It's entertaining enough to keep me watching the ntr madness.

This show isn't too bad so far. I like the somewhat "mature" feel it has. Also Rokka looks ten times better with medium length hair in my opinion.

I love that the story actually shows conflict and not bow down to easily resolved situations. I do hope the love triangle will be resolved amicably though there is potential for disaster since both Atsushi and Rokka have strong attachments to each other and Hazuki has to break down every barrier for his love to come through.

I saw the official video for the Natsuyuki ED song by Aimer and let's just say it's boner inducing.

Also, I just realized Shimao is voiced by the same guy who does Panda on Polar Bear's Cafe...I find that funny.

The irony in episode 5 is almost delectable. It's a nice character overview for both Hazuki and Atsushi, made me hate Atsushi less now.

Getting weird. I have no idea what going to happen now.

I think I just found a new song to put into my iphone. I also think this anime is interesting so I'll watch more. Only on episode 1.

On the other note - are all japanese woman like that - If they get married they have to quit there jobs? That's interesting and odd.
