well, i love this anime for its unrelated basketball antics

For some reason this episode gave me the vibe of a last episode of a series, even though it was just the first one. And it looks like there will be a rival team of lolis in the near future. These girls are just so cute.

I do agree with Combustion in that, this episode felt like it typically is farther in, but then again it is the second season.

So we see 3 of the girls of the other team who appears to be the main foe this season. We got some twins (I can actually see how it would work for basketball, after all look at the Sedin Twins in Hockey), and a French loli. Strange how the French loli new where Tomoka was, and where Subaru's place was. And that picture of Subaru and the Blue-haired glasses girl, is probably going to be used as blackmail at some point.

Somebody going to prison this season.

I liked season 1. The games were fun to watch. Saki and Tomoka are awesome. Subaru is slowly moving towards getting parental approval to marry Tomoka. Saki reading BL in the OVA was hilarious. The mandatory Hina licking was obvious after she gets a bloomers shot in the OP. I'm looking forward to more basketball and Subaru needs to kiss Tomoka by the end of the season.

Subaru's Dad is really tanned! lol. Good to see the 5th years ban together to take on the ones they want to best. Sure they will suck at the beginning but I think if the have a rematch at the end of the season it will be a lot closer.

While Tomoka is the bset player, Hina is the funniest to watch. She comes out of nowhere and does unorthadox moves, but it works. oh!

Contrary to what I thought before, it seems like the other lolis are more rivals/friendly competitors than actual antagonists (at least for now, that is). Mimi is quite adorable, too.

What an interesting group to be the challenging team. At least individually they know what they are doing. Subaru's dad was a surprise though. Maybe by the end of the season they will merge into a single team to play in a official game.

Was it Subaru's birthday as well? Getting Hinata and Mokkan in your lap sounds like a birthday present.

What can I say, it was another cute episode. OHHH~

This was a really good episode. Shit got serious, looks like the main antagonist has appeared. Can't really call that match fair though. He plays starter minutes against other highschool players, yet Suburu practices with elementary school girls. Ahri's issues with her brother, seems to be fixed now, and hopefully she's get stronger mentally in time.

And dear god, Maho first she tricks Tomoka into the bathroom, now she tricks her into his house overnight. What's next? Lol

The Mokkan route continues.


Back scrubbing and sleepover's aside, Suga is finally the antagonist this series needs. Now all we need are 3 more middle schoolers and we can have a serious battle. Suga vs Subaru. Middle vs Elementary. Mixed vs Mixed. I'm hoping it leads to that and the inevitable kiss.

Well I didn't quite expect the rematch to take place that soon, but good game, cheerleader outfits where cute.

Dear god that Kyoto trip was good. The epic mission to return the panties, the Subaru creating a toddler harem (lol), and Aoi. Tomoka X Subaru is what seems to be the main pairing so to speak. But I want Aoi to win in the end (that sexy underwear). What is a man to choose, a loli harem or a Osananajimi?

The tournament was great but I'm surprised the storyline match was the semi-finals and not the finals. I'm not too surprised though since the opposing team school from the finals will reappear via new red haired character.

Great victory celebration too. Someone needs to start selling that beer.

Great basketball game so far. I'm glad Saki got the final shot. It felt like they won but its only the beginning of overtime. I can't believe this is a first round match in this tournament. They need to win. I don't believe Tomoka will confess to Subaru after losing.
