I know 54 yards field goals aren't a gimme, but Suisham never made a FG longer than 52?

Steelers O underperformed big time against what's probably the worst D in football. Maybe tied with the Pats D.

Totally did not see this actually happening. I really didn't think the injuries, before the game, would have such an impact, but as the game went on and more O-line guys were getting injured... I can see how a loss is possible. Though, a loss to the Titans... just wow. Really didn't see this going for them.

I'm not sure the O-line injuries before and during the game were that big of a deal. Big Ben had all day to throw and wasn't pressured all that much. Aside from the fumble that later became an incomplete pass it was more a matter of bad play calling and execution imo.

Heath Miller was hauling passes all night long and they decide to run up the middle on the last drive losing a couple yards. Just throw another short pass to him and explore that terrible secondary.

the panthers' ability to disappoint me is endless.

So much for all the analysts who picked the 49ers to dominate the G-Men (Except for Deion supposedly, good on him).
49ers outscored their last two opponents 79-3, but were limited to only 3 points against the Giants, the irony.
Go Giants!

Also, why send Kaepernick out to try some trickery? Give Smith a chance, despite his two INTs. Not good to swap QBs because of a couple mistakes.

I can't believe the eagles think firing Castillo will fix the turnovers, the lack of a quality offensive line, and the lack of an offense operating at a high efficiency. Also if Vick continues to play the way he is I won't be surprised if the eagles start with a new coach, rebuild their offensive line, and let Foles start or find a qb that will fit their system.
Peyton Manning and Broncos are starting to come together and will Colin Kaepernick soon start over Smith?

That MNF game was amazing. Seeing Peyton orchestrating another comeback gave me goosebumps. Hope he stays healthy.

Wow...what a performance by the Texans and it makes me wonder what if the Texans were healthy last season.

I don't think it's about Houston being healthy, I think it's more about Baltimore being unhealthy.

I'm talking about last season where Schaub was injured and T.J. Yates had to start. They almost beat the Ravens even though Schaub was injured.

[color=#2e1a6b]6 turnovers... And we somehow managed to come a fingertip away from winning...

Yep, just a normal Cowboy game

Holy hell that Cowboys Giants game was insane.

I haven't been able to watch any games for some weeks now because of prior engagements, but today I went to a bar with some friends and it was the game on tv. That was one epic game. In the end Romo is still Romo, Dez is still Dez and as I told my Cowboy fanatic friend, since they beat the G-men on their turf it's only natural in that crazy ass division for the Boys to lose to them at home.

op here. i been outta the loop for a while. (what with basketball season and all) this is what i love about this sport, very unpredictable. play-offs are 1 and done and my favorite team doesn't look like will make the cut. my other team, well not sure about them either. falcons are 8-0, but come playoff time i'm sure they won't dissapoint. or will dissapooint..? whatever. i gotta say, andrew luck is something special. looking forward to seeing him for years to come... any other thoughts this mid-season?

GO CHIEFS!!!

Yeah we lost, but I am probably the only one that thought this game would be close, but fuck yeah, we took out Big Ben.
I love how the Chiefs often have a good reputation for injuring QBs

For the record I am a Patriots fan. However this is a taboo point until we defeat the Giants

I call bullshit on the Lions loss today!
I didn't even know that throwing the flag when you "can't??" means you can't benefit if there was a review.
Dumb ass refs didn't call the runner down when its obvious he was. Fucking refs.... >_>

I am not even a Lions fan, but when calls like that aren't made its just pathetic.

so far I've been hearing only talks of changing the rules for it, but only talks... no definite plans to do anything about it. They need to change it. ASAP.

On another note, just to be superstitious I blame the Packers loss, and what a loss, solely on Aaron Rogers' mustache. He should have gone Beard or Broke lol

lmao yea omg i was thinking the same thing! he should lose the stache, doesn't seem to fit him. perhaps in a weird way he wasn't playing well cuz of it. lessee if he decides to lose it. what a shitty season for the eagles, i thought they was gonna be doing way better than this. i'm curious to see how far the colts gonna go w/ andrew luck at the helm. rooting for them heavily.

If he wants to win, he'll lose it xP

Shitty season... you must be talking about my CHIEFS!! GO CHIEFS!! If we can't win, we'll at least make a team or two remember the day they played us! Take that Ben! lolololol

So any predictions for First round match-ups?

Seahawks over Redskins (34-24)
I find that there offence is similar, and is about equal with a slight edge to the redskins at the moment for passing but Seahawks for Running. Defence I give the edge and deciding factor to the Seahawks, both CB's back together in time for the Playoffs, going to be interesting.

Greenbay over Vikings (45-14)
While I support the Vikings here, I highly doubt they can pull off back-2-back wins against Green Bay, with Ponder at QB. He was very good last week, but this time its on the road, and the GB defence should be better prepared this time.

Cincinnati over Houston (24-20)
I find this match-up offer the greatest chance of a upset, if you want to call it one. Houston has just been to inconsistent, while Cincinnati has been underrated I find the last two seasons.

Baltimore over Indi (31-30)
As much as I am not a fan of Luck, he will be a great QB soon. But for now this should be a learning experiences for him. The Ravens, however injured and inconsistant their offence has been, is full of Veteran players, who knows what's on the line, and are at home.
