Maybe he's talking about being a pervert in public or being around someone who isn't perverted. Being a perv around 'good' people tends to have awkward (yet funny) results.

Being a pervert means you simply like looking at sexy stuff that gets you aroused, and you know what, i think its human nature to want a little bit of sexy stuff to happen to us. Once I got outta highschool I stopped with the sleep overs. More like I get tipsy/drunk and crash on my gf's couch. Even if we did giggle and shit, I doubt any men would be around considering its usually a girl's night.

I know to me a limit on perversion is forcing other's to accept what you feel (not everyone has to agree or like it, just like you don't have to be super close with that person) and don't do things that you would regret or get in serious trouble over. Don't say you fantasize about rape and then freak out if someone does it. Doesn't mean it's not right for the person to rape you based on this, but it's also not smart to tell everyone you fantasize about rape in the first place. Don't become an exhibitionist and then get upset if you get arrested by the police or a video gets posted and your boss see's it inadvertently. A friend of mine who was a pretty big pervert with her bf wasn't smart with the outdoor activities and got fired from her job and her bf dumped her.

Humans are humans. Girls are humans, guys are humans. And humans have sexual desire, so I don't think it's wrong to admit to have that desire.

As humans, it seems we like to label stuff. Being "perverted" is one such label. As previously mentioned by a few in this topic already, its important to not lose who YOU are. If ye be perverted, then perverted ye be. End of story. Don't change yourself to suit other people so much that you lose it.

I think it's fine for both guys and girls to be perverted, but sexual harassment is always something to avoid. What a person decides to do or be interested in is their choice and the only people that can truly stop from doing what they want are themselves. Some people hold back or try to hide what they want to do because they might think that other people will find it unacceptable or if laws forbid it.

The only time I would have a problem with a girl being perverted is if they make unwanted advances towards me, give unwanted attention, or if I'm dating a perverted girl that crosses the lines that I set. I'd have no problem dating a perverted girl, but I do have standards for my partner to meet. I don't want to get hurt, so I wouldn't tolerate my partner having sex or intentionally flirting with other people. If I'm in a relationship with a perverted girl, the only thing I would ask for is fidelity.

In the confines of her room, her group of friends, or with her significant other, I really wouldn't care. If she's with me and she can run and gun innuendos like a Tank girl, I'm all for it. That's her. That's cool.

In public, I wouldn't care either but society is too fucking stupid. Double.standards and shit. But to some extent, I do feel that in public, there should be some limitations. Especially around children, certain situations, and many others that are at the discretion of said woman.
