11 Eyes

Im not entirely sure as to why this anime got skipped here at Fakku but since its not up yet I decided to give it its own topic.

11 Eyes the anime is an adaptation of a visual novel bearing the same name. The story is about Setsuki Kakero and a group of other high schoolers who get trapped within the Red Night, a sort of alternate reality were grotesque black monsters roam the desolate streets under a black moon.

It looks like an interesting anime so its something that Im going to be following this season.

Got the first ep on my hdd, but some other titles came out so I've not seen it yet. Anyone mind sharing their thought about the story or opinions about the first ep before I get to watch it?

I thought it was pretty good. It feels like Shakugan no Shana to me since the world turns red and monsters pop out....etc...

I am waiting for subs on the second episode. Can't wait.

After the First ep It seems to have potential. Could be horrible. Could be great. Hoping its good since my friend told me the VN was good.

People have said this reminds them of Chaos Head.

Hmm.

This reminds me SO MUCH of Persona 3.

The Red Night is a palette swap of the Dark hour sans coffins, the enemies look like fucking Shadows, and the main characters look a lot alike, except 11eye's has his eyepatch.

But, ignoring those points, the art is solid, the music is good, ditto the animation.

Definitely on my Watch list.

ya, i was also thinking that it looks very similar to Persona

this has a lot of potential, I cant wait to watch the next episode

I watched the second episode and the show still looks promising, though its going the way many visual novel adaptations go, it trying to throw in too much info at once and skipping details. It gets a bit confusing but overall things are still good.

Watched till Episode 2... Pretty good stuff.

i don't know why they're still trying to hide the "mysterious" 4th member when its very apparent with the OP and the show itself constantly just yells "ITS HER" >_>

i generally like this episode nothing much to say, had some good fighting and those 5 swords look awesome. though killing one of the shadows fragments was kinda anti-climactic. The main character is becoming to obsessive of getting power blah blah, nothing too exciting yet. Gonna wait for the next episode

I like the red haired girl she's AWESOME!!!

And of course, cliche main character, nevertheless a wonderful anime to watch. The game was even better.

One of the character has a similar name to a certain character in P4 :P

hmmm, red haired upper classman who uses a sword, has prior knowledge of the dark world and has father issues....hmmmm sounds familiar to a certain character in P3?

The first thing that made me think about P3 was the world change, the moon turning red and all ~
But now that you mention it, the characters do have similarities with those from the Persona series.

yeah u guys were right and you(eternalslumber) mean the chara that have a similiarity is mitsuru kirijo i think,even kakeru just like arisato in glance thought

lol correct, i didn't say just wanted to deepen the impact :P. I remember thinking about some other stuff that reminded me of persona but i'll save that till the next episode :P

this anime seems like a combonation of different anime's
e.g. main character reminds me a rental magica
different worlds like persona
some characters remind me of shakuna no shana
and in the secound ep that girls sword remind me of Blood+

True. 4th episode was certainly good. Least the main character tries to do something from the very beginning....
