[Anime] Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! Season 2

The June issue of Kadokawa Shoten's Newtype magazine is reporting on Friday that production on a second season of the Chūnibyō demo Koi ga Shitai! television anime has been green-lit. A teaser had aired in March to reveal that the anime has had its "contract renewed," but it did not specify that there would be a second season on television.

The television anime's first season had premiered in Japan last October.

Dekomori annoyed me at first but then she got better, I hope Touka returns for the sequel, she was apparently an anime only character.

I loved her from the start. And yeah, Touka was just for the anime. She is badass. That entrance she makes from under Yuuta's bed.

I didn't really think it needed a second season, but I'll watch it regardless.

There's two light novels so....

Uh, let me remind you the anime is in no way relevant to the LNs. It was completely improvised in the Television version.

Dekomori, Touka, Kumin, were not in the LNs, and the second book was the Rikka-After story.

Anyways, I didn't want another season, but I'll watch it regardless as well, because those characters were fantastic, and Sanae had incredible development in the story.

Yes, that's true, but the show is still loosely based on it. The 2nd LN has some new characters, so I'm pretty sure they would be introduced in the second season. The second light novel had a completely new story as well, and I think they would include it in the show, even if it's just loosely based on it.
