[Anime] Etotama (Spring 2015)

Usually, I will introduce anime titles with ecchi fanservice involved. However, if given a choice between moe / cuteness overload and ecchi fanservice, I am not too sure what my final decision will be.
Anyway, I digress. Etotama is an anime title with the 12 zodiac animals as its key theme. Tendo Takeru, our male protagonist, is a high school student living in Akihabara. After renting a new place, Nya-tan, a cat(girl), mysteriously appears from a hole within his living room. Nya-tan wishes to become one of the animals of the 12 zodiacs. What adventures will they both embark on?
Based on the character section of the official anime website, http://etotama.com/, each of the 12 zodiac animals will have an adult form and "pretty(?)" mode. Be prepared for some cuteness overload!
