KAWAII GIRLS DOING KAWAII SHIT
Synopsis:
The original manga's story begins with Shinobu, a 15-year-old, seemingly "pure Japanese" girl who did a homestay in Great Britain. Even after coming back to Japan, she still misses her time overseas. One day, an air mail letter arrives from Alice, the girl in Shinobu's host family in Great Britain. The letter reads, "Shinobu, I'm coming to Japan!" The "Japanese/British girls' light comedy" follows the lives of Shinobu, Alice, and other girls from both Japan and Great Britain.
Media Factory began streaming Tokyo MX TV's 15-second television commercial for the anime adaptation of Yui Hara's four-panel comedy manga Kin-iro Mosaic (Golden Mosaic) on Tuesday. The ad features the ending theme "Your Voice" by the main voice actresses Asuka Nishi (Shinobu ÅŒmiya), Manami Tanaka (Alice Cartelet), Risa Taneda (Aya Komichi), Nao TÅyama (Karen KujÅ), and Yumi Uchiyama (YÅko Inokuma) as the new group Rhodanthe*.
In the ad, the Japanese school girl Shinobu shares her excitement about the girls getting animated with her British exchange student friend Alice.

Hmmm, assuming this and TM are both anime with 'Slice of Life' genre, and that kind of anime where the story is about the life of 'normal' people. It's just me with my generalization, but to me this and Tamako Market's theme is dauntingly similar.

I can see where you're coming from but they're not going to be the same at all. Yuru Yuri, Lucky Star and Nichijou are also slice of life and comedy but they are in no way the same as Tamako Market. It's like saying any series within a genre is going to be the same as another with that genre, like Clannad and Toradora are similar because they are romance, when they're obviously not.

That's true. Well, I'll give it a shot just for the sake of being objective. If I like it then I'll like it, no harm in trying.
