It's incredibly refreshing to be watching a series where the protagonist(s) are already incredibly OP in the first place. Sure, it will mean we get much tsundere, but that just adds to the fun.
And where does it say only 10 episdoes??? I can't possibly see this show ending properly with 4 episodes left.

Sure... if I remember correctly, we're getting an OVA around summer I think, but I hope this series does well enough (and that there's enough in the source material) so that a second season is considered.
