Aside from the usual Clanned and Angel Beats.
I just had some tears from the ending episodes of Golden Time. And I do believe and may have cried at some point of Valkyrie Chronicles or whatever it was called.

I'm sadly tender for emotional scenes involving loss of loved ones or family, whether permanent or temporary.
One of the things that made me cry that I haven't heard about anyone else that watched it cried to, is the part of the second episode of FMA: Brotherhood where
As for anime/manga I can think of that made me cry...
FMA: Brotherhood, I actually already told you guys about that above... >.<
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, I actually forget what made me cry, because I looked over and couldn't find the same thing again, to cry about.

I try to stay away from anything that makes me cry, I like happy endings. The only two I can recall that made me cry were Clannad & Gurren Laggan

                        Nagi no Asukara
Has an AnoHana feel, in that the relationship between the four main characters are explored. Minus the dead loli. And it throws in a couple of other characters here and there.
It has its feels moments.

The ending to the third arc of Mahouka brought tears to my eyes because it was so awesome.

I have never actually "cried" because of an anime, per se, but that's only because I sorta held them in. I don't really cry when watching anything. I have, however, teared up at several anime/manga: AnoHana, Elfen Lied (manga), Fate/Zero (Rider's death, and manly tears of awe & epicness in places) and maybe a few others that I can't think of off the top of my head right now. I never finished Clannad or Kanon, 'cause those were depressing to the point that I didn't even find them entertaining anymore.

I can honestly say that Watamote is the only anime that's ever brought tears to my eyes. Tomoko really hits home.

Clannad has made me cry hard enough that I had to bite a pillow so that I wouldn't make anyone wake up (that's one of the cons of watching anime instead of sleeping).
I consider Watamote to be an accurate depiction of my life, so it didn't make me tear up.

Hmm, I think Clannad is quite popular here and I won't deny it.. I've got teary eyes when I watch Clannad LOL.. And I have some more recommendation for tear jerker anime:
- Kokoro Connect
- AnoHana
- Angel Beats
- Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo
