I just had some tears from the ending episodes of Golden Time. And I do believe and may have cried at some point of Valkyrie Chronicles or whatever it was called.

I have never actually "cried" because of an anime, per se, but that's only because I sorta held them in. I don't really cry when watching anything. I have, however, teared up at several anime/manga: AnoHana, Elfen Lied (manga), Fate/Zero (Rider's death, and manly tears of awe & epicness in places) and maybe a few others that I can't think of off the top of my head right now. I never finished Clannad or Kanon, 'cause those were depressing to the point that I didn't even find them entertaining anymore.

I can honestly say that Watamote is the only anime that's ever brought tears to my eyes. Tomoko really hits home.

Clannad has made me cry hard enough that I had to bite a pillow so that I wouldn't make anyone wake up (that's one of the cons of watching anime instead of sleeping).
I consider Watamote to be an accurate depiction of my life, so it didn't make me tear up.
