Ep. 23

Spoiler:
My mind is full of fuck right now. Why? How? What the fuck? o_O I mean, WHAT.

HER???

I can't lie-- throughout the episode, the angles of the view gave away the resemblance quite easily. And then into the end I was like 'this is fishy', then BAM. Revelation.

Goddammit Shingeki no Kyojin I don't wanna wait another week! FUCK!

Just when I think they finally pulled every heart string possible...they bring out the dead corpses.

Episode 23

Spoiler:
Best revelation episode ever. So, Annie was the female titan as Mikasa and Armin suspected. Also, seeing Annie smile and laugh for the very first time seemed really creepy.

ep. 23

Spoiler:
What everyone else said about Annie's laugh. Also, I was pretty sure itwas her to begin with. The eyes of the titan gave it away. Plus, just like the "aura" seemed like Annie too.

Armin?

He's like the Yamcha of the group. Except he can plan things so more useful than Yamcha.

Episode 24

Spoiler:
And yet again, Armin is becoming more of a badass in his own special way. Also...Eren vs Annie, Round 2, fight! The next and last episode better be worth the hype.

Hopefully not, or at least make it 2015. If it's early 2014, it'll catch up too soon to the manga

Spoiler:
And it's over. This anime was excellent. The animations made the fight scenes a thousand times better in comparison to the manga. They better make a season two.

Episode 25

Spoiler:
Well, this was probably one of the best anime episodes that I'll remember for a long time, everything in it from the action, the drama, the music, the plot twists and the characters brought this last episode the pinnacle of hype. Eren really gave it his all to Annie despite being injured several times, he still literally ripped Annie apart in more ways than one, even managing to rip her head off with ONE hand! That part was crazy! I think its safe to say we can call Eren's titan form the Berserker Titan, because the more blood thirsty he gets, the more powerful and resilient he becomes, which I think is badass.

All in all, I have to proclaim that it was this very anime that got me back into watching every episode on immediate intervals each week and I am surprised the hype surrounding it above more mainstream anime nowadays is still very strong to now and as sad to see it go from its weekly schedule, it was a satisfying watch all through out since it delivered more than the average shonen anime in terms of charatcer development and emotional moments, as well its detailed fight scenes. I give Shingeki no Kyojin the anime a 9/10 for me and the title of best anime of 2013, no question. I'm hoping we'll see you again in a season 2 of this great anime, Eren and co.

[color=#006FFF]I pretty much agree with both of these sentiments entriely. Such a fantastic series and I really do hope to see another season in the future like the team is going for.

Definitely my new favorite anime. I had no major issues with the series. And if an anime can get me to dive straight into its manga form immediately after watching its final episode, it must be doing something right.

Spoiler:
That was probably the best episode in the series and no doubt the most gruesome fight I've seen in a few years. Eren really proved himself there, no doubt and despite everything I felt some pity for Annie and I hope we get to learn more about her motives in the second season.
I'd give this series a 9/10 , it'd be a 10/10 if some episodes didn't drag a trivial matter for the whole of it. I mean, look at ep 25 and how much happened in it. Some eps were just 24 minutes of Eren eating bread or something. Awesome series though, no complaints apart from that.

I'm really hoping that's the case because I really am in love with the animation quality this series brought and it is way too popular not to have a second season just when it has gained so much popularity in the span since its started. If we got to wait until more manga material is produced and finished, I hope it won't be too long a wait.
