Ano Natsu de Matteru

According to the latest issue of Megami magazine, the creators of Onegai Teacher and Onegai Twins are in the midst of producing a new original anime entitled "Ano Natsu de Matteru".

Not much is known about this particular title for now, but it will most probably fall under the romance/comedy genre. Some anime fans remain skeptical since there are plenty of titles belonging to such categories. However, I will be looking forward to the fanservice... or so I suspect. Most of the main articles featured in Megami magazine tend to have some form of fanservice.

Hopefully, I will be able to keep everyone updated once more information is made available.

I watched Onegai Teacher before I even knew what fan service was. It was a good anime, so hopefully this one will turn out great too.

The October issue of Gakken's Megami Magazine is announcing on Tuesday that Onegai Teacher/Onegai Twins story creator Yousuke Kuroda and Onegai franchise character designer Taraku Uon are collaborating on a new original anime called Ano Natsu de Matteru. The anime will be an adolescent romantic comedy.

But seriously though, I like the way they narrate the story, also great animation. The director I believe was the one who directed Ano Hana right?

I feel bad that I haven't watched Onegai Sensei before... considering that it seems everyone else is comparing the two...

Tell me, is it worth watching Onegai Sensei before I watch this?

well,if you wanna see the creator's previous work then yeah.
the settings and character has that uncanny same feel that you get from Onegai Teacher even though they tweaked it a little in here.lol.

After watching episode one, I'm really liking this show, I don't know what it is but it's gives off a different feeling then I had expected it to ie, the dumbass of a main character is surrounded by cute girls and not much happens other than akward comic misunderstandings and panty shots.

I didn't hate it having a slow takeoff, though it didn't manage to capture my attention as much as i hope it would. Hopefully, it'll be an example for me to watch more of such animes as the episodes come by.

First off I was very please seeing the art of Teacher and Twins again. I already knew that the story creator and art designer had their hands in this. Its just that seeing this art all over again was very pleasing. I am already committed to seeing this series through to the end. Even if it is/becomes too predictable.
