Any hidden manga gems?

Am trying to read new manga, but that only thing that I can find are the mainstream manga. Several years I found a few many as that weren't mainstream such as cradle of monsters, cage of eden, ratman, and nozomi to kimio. I couldn't find any that caught my attention, any suggestions?
