Plus its nearing Christmas time. Some publications won't be around for the holidays.

If you think about it, Berserk has always been controversial due to its graphic content. Even from volume 1! So it should be safe.
I really hate that anti-otaku bill.

It will be targeted. Hard pressed with its content, but I do hope Berserk is outside the the ordinance bill since its target members are 18+ anyway.
