Well while it is true Yuzu herself did say that it was taboo to talk about another womens wounds, it is also true that she has feelings for daisuke and so does not want to see him hurt. She did also try to tak to daisuke about it without really giving it away, it was just that she got kind of carried away with it and thus led to her shouting it out loud.
