Synopsis
Well we can all say who Jiro's trying to look like with his outfit.The series was decent but not what I was expecting.The fights were good,the plot was fair.Also any vampire that can throw you around with his middle finger is a win in my book.

As far as vampire related shows go, I think this was probably one of the worst I have ever seen; I think I'm more angry at the fact that I watched all of it rather than the quality of this anime. The fighting really was somewhat decent, but there was very little of it to speak of. Just trying to remember parts of it only brings vague flashes of not much really happening at all. And the ending wasn't very satisying at all. I think there was alot of potential here that simply wasn't used, could have been alot better.

Basically what tsuyoshiro said. A blasphemy against the vampire genre (and a waste of a promising sounding title). Forced myself to watch 4 or 5 episodes before dropping it.
I believe that even if I somehow managed to omit the 'vampire' issue, it would still seem generic and uninteresting.

I have seen a few in my days but nothing beats "Hellsing OVA [Ultimate]i mean the guy in red ummmm Alucard knock off or what lol.
Only if Alucard could get alot of this clown DEVOUR HIM.
If anything can top Hellsing WOW But certianly not that!.....

One of the first few animes I watched, like everyone have already said, this anime wasn't very good. Had to force myself to finish the series. The plot showed so promise but the characters weren't very likeable and I could have cared less if anyone of them died. The smaller brother especially... annoying brat.
Now if he had been a she it would be alot better. :twisted: Besides, wasn't his little brother the reincarnation of his ex-lover or something. My memory is alittle fuzzy.
Also abit off-topic but isn't vampire knight a pretty good series? I have it on my com waiting to be watched and all my friends have said it was pretty good...

Basically, I think this series as a whole had a big problem in plot and story advancement. I feel like we were never really given a satisfactory explanation why Cassandra betrayed Jiro and Alice - that made me RAGE for a bit. Bad story advancement was also the reason why the ending was not satisfactory, less than the reason for the emergence of the Kowloon children and the warring factions. Yeah, this show had a lot of promise like To Aru no Majutsu Index, but went down the drain in terms of story.
