any of you guys enjoy the english dubbed version of black Lagoon or the japanese version? cos i enjoy the dubbed one cos i suppose its the more realistic and frankly more of an...how do i ssay it....human touch to it? but its prob cos i dont speak japanese. lol

Surprisingly enough, I liked both the dub and sub versions of Black Lagoon. But I don't remember which character it was (there was one in the dub version) but had the worst voice actor ever. I just couldn't stand his voice so I usually watch it in subs.
That aside, I'm so happy there is a third season coming! I really loved both the first and second seasons of black Lagoon.
Let's hope the project doesn't hit any bumpy obstacles.

Maybe theres gonna be fillers to wait for new arcs to come on. but i hope they dont to preseve the purity of the series(although sayin Black Lagoon is 'pure" makes me laugh)

In seriousness, this Revenge of Roberta arc should probably end up taking up half of the 3rd season. Also what are you talking about fillers for new arcs? It's on the same arc and hasn't changed. Technically there is no main plot for the series.

I mean that since the manga is still on the current revenge of robertas arc, the anime might be poducin some filler eps so that the mangaka can make more chaps.

They couldn't possibly have taken so long if all they can come up with are "fillers." - if you'd just think about it carefully, what's even the need for fillers? Also take into consideration that the two previous seasons only had 12eps each.
The longer Roberta's revenge arc is taking in the manga could only mean a much longer third season of Black Lagoon. :D And we cannot even be certain if the upcoming season will feature the said arc.
I'm still on the look out for news updates about it.

Black Lagoon has no fillers.So I got no idea what you are talking about. It's not a shounen series.

On a related note, I heard that there's going to be a different seiyu for Revy... can anyone confirm that? I really don't think they should be switching the seiyus, especially when I thought Toyoguchi Megumi did an awesome job as Revy.

Oh this is going to suck balls... I can't think of any other savvy seiyu for Revy's voice other than Toyoguchi Megumi. I hope I can digest her new voice.

Nonsense, there's no certainty nor even a basis for this statement, but rather a plain assumption you must have picked up from this thread...

Megumi Toyoguchi, as far as Wiki is concerned, has yet to even have a "seiyuu role" this year.

I hope that's the case hermitVI. See, the thing is that even Tsujoi mentioned it somewhere that the seiyu for Revy changed or something like that. As far as wiki and ANN go, they haven't said anything yet, so there might be some hope.
They fucked around with the seiyus for Hajime no Ippo S2, so I don't want to see the same thing repeat iteslf with Black Lagoon no less.
