Bleach vs. Naruto

my vote was for bleach owns all. thats probably only temporary though... cause im about to start to watch naruto again... so basically its i like them equally but i think im more into bleach.

I refuse to vote, they both suck, and they are both awesome.

I really want both of them to end, and not become another DBZ anime that will continue with mind numbing plots where each of the characters die at least once. Granted i do like the current arcs that have just been re-established in the shows i really hope they dont go on for much longer afterwards and wrap things up nicely.

Well I don't see anything wrong with other people liking a show. It doesn't change the quality of the show for me. Overrated doesn't mean something is bad, just not as good as the hype says. For example, with movies, clockwork orange, anything by Tarantino and fight club are often made out to be amazing movies which no others can compare. Sure clockwork orange, fight club and some of Tarantino's films have been good, but there's nothing about them that's all that amazing.

Personally I prefer Naruto over Bleach. Naruto had a brief stretch where it was a great show, followed by a huge amount of terrible filler(although thats not to say all filler in shows is bad, just most of Naruto's was crap). Since they've started Shippuuden, the show has been good, but not great.

As for Bleach, I think it started poorly, got decent during the whole save Rukia arc but crapped out towards the end of it. I completely lost interest shortly after and haven't watched further to give it as fair of a judgment as I have for Naruto.

Overall, I'd say Naruto started great, got terrible, improved to mediocre or slightly above. Bleach started poorly, got slightly better then average and quickly fell back into a slump of mediocrity or slightly worse.
