Anyway, the series was alright. 3/5 stars from me.
Some episodes were better than others. It started off nice, but then turned into a confusing mush of a story.
Kyohei (the "cook") seemed to have an important part of the story, but then seemed to get thrown out after the first few episodes. Pretty much every episode Meg gets captured by the enemy and then Jo rescues her. I'm still not sure if Sei is a truly a friend or an enemy since the Crow episodes. And Amy is the the loli.
The dub was... interesting. Actually it was pretty good, but it was kind of funny how some people had western "cowboy" accents.

Getting back on topic, the following would be my reply from quite some time ago.
Despite the criticism, there are some positive aspects to Burst Angel, at least in my opinion. Apart from the fanservice, which I always think is good for all anime titles, the action and fight sequences did catch my attention. Perhaps it could be due to the fact that I don't watch all that many action-themed anime. With limited exposure, even the simplest of action scenes may seem elaborate to me.
In addition, I would think the male protagonist, if we can even call him that, should have been given more screen time. He was pretty promising in the first episode but was soon overshadowed by the boobs... erm... I meant to say girls. :D

this seems kind of interesting...if you can call it that...anyways i might just check out this show!

Yea the cook got total written out of the series I'd prefer it was told from his prospective actually i.e. Burst Angles needed to be more like Tenchi Muyo ^__^

I have to say the anime in and of itself sucked really I have seen way better. Meg was to weak. The main guy character (if you can call him that) was pathetic. The first couple of episodes felt more like linked shorts instead of one real anime. All of the good guy characters died. Although it produced my favorite girl character, Jo. I hated the ending because
A.Jo died ( fuck you burst angel!)
B.Meg was wearing what Jo used to wear and painted jango red
C.If Jo had thought for like 3 seconds before shooting that last brain she and Sei would still be alive.

Sei is cute and all but i seem to like flat chested girls more. I do not know why.
(one time I was wrighting a fan fiction for this anime and I spelled who is worthless now as "Who's sorthless know?" My freind and I still get a kick out of it.)
