As I'm sure many of you know, I love Kannagi. And I love the Kannagi OP. So I've been listening to the OP single for 18 hours straight. Well only 9 hours since I was out, but it's been playing for that long.
She's pretty cute, I was surprised. Of course Nagi is better though.
Are there any songs you guys just can't stop listening to or get out of your head? I remember listening to Nano Desu a million times in a row and also the Tsukasa from Lucky Star version of Nenigede Reset!

A bit different from what's been posted so far, but I've been having trouble cutting myself from this track. Not quite the same spree as all of you as well, as could be discerned from the fact that it's not playing in the background at the moment, in deference to God Is An Astronaut, but it's been stuck in my head for the longest time.
More related to the original topic;
I used to listen to this nonstop, on a continuous shuffle with the ending theme. It seems like either is a balm for the soul, as the only truly sane aspect of the show.

God, that opening is so completely different from the show. How did they decide to put that song with that series?
But man, it is a good song.

I just love that OP from Jigoku Shoujo along with this one:
Jigoku Shoujo Futakumori's OP:
I love 'em
Then ofcourse I have other favorites that go in the playlist that I listen over and over again, for almost the entire day... i listen to music while sleeping, but the hours don't count when I'm fast asleep xD

Haauu - RedAlice
EDIT:
Let's tap, lets tap, future tapping game~!
Conversely, as far as "real" music goes, I've gotten hooked on the Op for Macross VF-X2 games (Get Free) after nabbing the Macross audio Boxset the other day.
(Download link for those that might want it)

I know. And it's certain that it's not an accident because of the blatant foreshadowing. If the reason why it's so happy and upbeat is that it's supposed to sooth in anticipation of subsequent trauma, then it's certainly effective in its purpose. Even afterward, there's a certain sense of euphoria in listening to it; maybe this would have been a better test case for Pavlov?
Fully agreed that it's an amazingly done piece of music in its own right as well.
