Synopsis
A group of 15 elite high school students are gathered at a very special, high class high school. To graduate from this high school essentially means you'll succeed in life, but graduating is very difficult. The school is presided over by a bear called Monokuma, and he explains to them that their graduation hinges around committing a murder. The only way to graduate is to kill one of your classmates and get away with it. If the other classmates discover the identity of the killer, the killer is the only one executed. However, if they fail to catch the killer, only the killer graduates and the others are annihilated. Which of the 15 will survive the bloodbath to come? (MAL)

Just finished watching first episode.That was fine introdution

just watched the 1st ep.

even though i never played the game but i did know that Monobear from some other series(if i wasn't mistaken though) and heard it's quite a twisted series too.

never thought that i'll heard Doraemon's voice coming out from that Monobear's mouth though.

After reading the description, it has my attention so I'll watch.

That's a relief, after seeing the preview from devil survivor, I thought it was done for when I read in Sancom atlus filed for bankruptcy.

Watched the first one, seems interesting enough. Pity that some of them may actually die, all the characters seem pretty unique.

Not me, but fujisaki's seiyuu is a guy so I understand why you'd think that.

They have to raise the pace, I can't imagine the whole 13 episode anime wasted their time on the walks and free time too much.

I'm so gonna cherish this series, 1st episode was just fine.

I know, I know, that's to be expected, just sayin'

Having seen some random pictures on Gel/Danbooru, I can make a few guesses on who'll bite the dust (some pretty obvious, I'd say).



As cookie-cutter as everything is, I love the cast. Loud and outrageous designs makes them immediately memorable. Here's to hoping for some good mystery and some action as over-the-top as the characters.

Oh God. I loved this game. There was a guy who posted a "Let's Play" version of it awhile ago that was fully translated and was very entertaining to watch. I can't wait to see how the anime's going to make it look. For those of you who are interested, here's a link contained in the Spoiler's box, because well, it contains spoilers in the thread.

I wonder if they'll still use Pink Blood like they did in the game, or give it Red Blood since it's in an Anime..?

Just 1 day after i finish the game , the anime comes up. lol
Guess im pretty lucky since found out about the game just 2 days after the english patch came out.
Episode 1 was really fast paced.

I wanted to play the game, but I guess I'll finish watching the anime first. So far so good.
