Desert Punk

One of my favorite comedy anime and also has one of the best eng dubs imo.

I love almost everything about this anime and if you haven't seen it i think you should defenitely give it a try.

So for you guys who have watched it, what do you think about it?

The ending surprised me a whole lot (I won't spoil it). This show is definitely worth watching if you're looking for a good laugh. Best character in my opinion is Rain Spider. I love the duel between him and Kanto, everything going from machine guns to rocks. Now if you'll excuse me it's time to exit Rain Spider style.

Rain Spider is awesome but Kanto is more awesome, he is pure epic. I love how he makes himself look like an idiot and then you realise a bit too late that you shouldn't have underestimated him.

Liked the series. Kanto was EPIC. Heres some more info for people who haven't
watched it.

Summary:

In the future, Japan is a wasteland. In the Great Kanto Desert, scattered humans eke out a living in the hot sand. Among them, a short-statured man they call "Sunabozu" makes a living as a bounty hunter. Like a demon of the sand, he seems unbeatable. I thought that it was a really good show but it kinda tailed off near the end for me.

I have started to rewatch Desert Punk now and I just watched Episode 8, Dog In Heat, and you just got to love that Kanta is so perverted that even the curse of the dog woman gets afraid of him.

This was a great show. Ending I didn't really like though. And yeah the English dubbing is actually pretty good too. Although I do like "Amagumo" better than "Rain Spider".

@Asphodel It's very rare but i actually prefer the dub over sub in this one.

Yeah same here. Plus the fact that the subs I had for the episodes I downloaded used an obscene amount of italicization. It was really annoying to read.
