I think it couldn't be a terrible adaptation, they'll try to make it good enough to sell because fanservice+yuri = cash.

Though we all need to remember those people appeared in season 2 of the manga... meaning we're gonna get the lame card hunting arcs mehhhh. I suppose Ilya alone is enough motivation to try it. I hope they use Carnival Phantasm artwork on this.
