I only see the sephiroth avatar guy mention it, I dont see a link to this patch. Plz can you show me this patch?

Ok im wondering about this english patch now, I got the game being downloaded as i speak and im gonna want to play it in english so can someone plz link me this english patch? And perhaps later tell me how to use it with this game lol.
