It's never stated, and I doubt that it matters, since it's not a particularly sexual thing.
(Unless you get off on ripping out portion of your body and implanting it into other people for power-ups).

The actual "first time" as they put is rather confusing, but from what I gather it refers mostly to Pandora and her Limiter getting to know each other on intimate basis. After Baptizing, they can pretty much share their feelings (physically and mentally...or something, it's never made clear), which is naturally very, very intimate. So a Pandora would want to get to know her Limiter as much as it's possible...which includes one-on-one visits in Pandora's room. He does get to practically feel what she feels, so it has a point. As for how they get to know each other...that's entirely up to them.

I do recall that some translators pointed out that in original language, that line sounded much less sexual at any rate.

Its really not the translator group for Ux2, its the chapter releases thats hella irregular. Now regarding Onihime VS, kinda both I would say.

just wait and see on the outcome of that arc... there will be scenes somewhat similar to the NTR h-mangas...
im still waiting if the kazuya and stella will do the baptism i still haven't seen it in the RAWs...
I wonder what will be the outcome of their powers since kazuya has some of his sister's stigmata while Stella inherited some too
