[General] Pic, Vid, etc that got you to start watching

This happens to me all the time where, I see a picture or an AMV or something, and seeing it gets me to go watch the series. Instead of asking for suggestions, this this might be a good way for people to share and find something to watch.

I don't have a pic but I saw a pic of Chitanda Eru and got me watching Hyouka.
I also saw this undressing pic of Asuna from SAO novel years back before the anime and when the anime was released, I followed the series =p Not much fanservice though ^^

This video got me to start watching Hanamaru Youchien, watching episode 3 as I type.

I thought it was disturbing a few years ago. So I thought, "why not watch something fucked up?"

I thought it would be better to revive this than start a new one, there's some good stuff here and all.

This video got me watching Nichijou, its pretty amusing.


This one video drove me to go watch Fate/stay Night, Fate/Zero, and Tsukihime. Just so I could watch Carnival Phantasm. All 4 are good and I was stupid for not watching Fate earlier. I still keep episode 1,4,5 of Phantasm on my phone to this day because it's so good.


You see how fun this MAD is? How could you not want to watch this anime. The actual opening is pretty good too.

On Beast Lair's forum, there was a fanfic that crossed Fate Stay Night and Tiger & Bunny. Went from there.

New releases, directors or writers I like working on, friend recommendations, and anime adaptions of manga I enjoy, are what gets me into watching an anime.

Example, Cowboy Bebop got me into Gungrave.
Tenchi got me into Dual.
Love Hina got me into the anime (which I didn't like in comparison), as well Negima the manga, that got me into the first crappy anime, and then the remake of.
