Not a manga, but I'd love to see Little Busters turned into an anime.

The REAL Mahou Sensei Negima, not the harem love comedy. The OVAs did it absolutely no justice since people were watching it because they wanted to see Negi VS Rakan instead of softcore lesbian porn.
