I also found it funny, that a disorganize team of children (or like) characters (could go on), are given the best machines in human possession (assuming since everyone acted like this was a first). They, out of nowhere, in the midst of a losing and deemed "impossible to win" battle, not only gained unity and combat skills they lacked from the mock fight shown in the beginning, but somehow gained better abilities than the enemies, who had previously been crushing the human army, to lead to not only defeating the advance party, but also the reinforcements.

The enemy commander is also cliche.

I mean, how does a group of kids who can't even work together as a team for simulated battles, suddenly get thrown into a high-risk mission to save lives? Not to mention being given the state-of-the-art tech too.

So, the reason they don't take out the stand still good guys is...cause it was too easy? Okay then...that aside, that press conference was worth a giggle. Especially him holding up the drawing as his answer.

Their the last line of defense between living and space dust, and they need fund raising advertisement? Who the hell gave them the loan in the first place to make those amazing robots to all of a sudden be demanding it back?! Why doesn't the money from the useless military go towards these guys?! Who would depute the legitimacy of their need now?

Is it really ok to be Announcing to the world/universe who the skilled pilots are? Especially if they are irreplaceable? (If they screw up, they'll never be able to live their lives without prosecution in their daily lives).

So they are the by product of genetic manipulation and their amazing ability to work as a team and gain ability/skills they previously didn't have is due them being scared of death... Wow, that was thrown out their rather quickly and as vaguely as possibly. Guess they really wanted to get the background out of the way so that they could focus on social media.

Ugh so many flaws... (Must ignore...!) Only character (anything) I witnessed was (other than, cowardly lion and social media obsessed was) stuff carried over from episode one. Though someone tell me, has the maintenance chief bust size bounced up 2-3 cups? It seems like they're expanding...

If I had to hear "Resort, Vacation, Romance" one more time, I was gonna reach through my monitor and strangle that bitch. With all the robot action crammed into the last few moments of this one, it just leaves you with the actual characters. And that's not this shows strong point. And thank you preview, for demolishing my hopes of Tamaki actually being dead. Ugh.
