It's worth buying, the movie was very unique because there are aliens in a gundam show more or less the movie, But they did everything right with the aliens.

I wouldn't say that they did the aliens right. In fact, it's sort of the opposite. There were so many better ways that they could've implemented alien life. It's not like aliens have been completely absent from Gundam, but they did not have a direct presence.
Honestly, SRW does a good job implementing alien species into conflicts. Even if they can't be understood, like the Einst, they still manage to characterize them quite well. The ELS only absorbed things to death. The only time it got interesting was when they turned into the MSs they absorbed, though it also got a bit confusing as to whom was normal and who was an ELS.

To this movie, I'm most sceptical towards the aliens. If we consider that the previous two seasons of Gundam 00 have been a "way" how to get to the aliens as a main ground-breaking subject, these white shape-changing ELS things were quite fail for me. Come on, they couldn't even speak, ehm... at least making some noise. I consider them just alien life forms (like bacteria) and not visitors from outer space :) (thus the most basic form of life survives).

battle scenes: 9/10
music: 10/10
not bad actually.
btw humantrick, seems that Aeolia's true plan had involved innovator's ability to communicate without using words. even if aliens could speak, humans may not be able to understand them. innovators could communicate with all sentient life forms. ELS just happens to be the first.
p.s.: forgot to mention. i recomend bssubs. not many mistakes and they even sub the songs.

The movie was great, and the ending was appropriate for the series. It didn't jump off the story nor left any plot holes. You can pretty much figure out things for yourself. It would be safe to assume that everybody lived a happy life since they achieved what they fought so hard for. And as for Setsuna, I saw it as a perfect ending for him.

As far as Meena goes, when I first read your quote I was surprised there was official info on the subject but then I saw it was from wikipedia and I sighed. If it is indeed official then I'm glad they cleared that up. Being a person who doesn't bother with external sources but only what's in the show I could only speculate on the matter. Hope you'll excuse my ignorance^^. Having said that, I personally would have preferred if Meena was actually another innovado. None of this lessens her importance in the movie though(however little it was).

So i finally got my ass around to watching this. Pretty good movie, but like the 00 series: awesome animation and visual execution but a frustrating plot and character development. However, as far as what movies are suppose to do - entertain, it certainly did that for me.

As much as i like to believe in the concept of love no matter what age, 10 years is a little too far for my comfort.

Dear sweet god, no. Hell no. Lyle had that playboy status on whenever she's around in the beginning of season two. Never once did I approve of him ever, despite of his better abilities than Neil. And besides, it's him and Anew.
