I have always considered FAKKU to be more than just a hentai site. I want it to be a community for people who share similar interests (hentai, anime, manga, etc.). This is why I work hard on features you don't see anywhere else. So this morning I had the idea of providing unlicensed anime to our users for viewing online, thus anime.fakku.net was born. This is something I threw together very quickly so it looks ugly at the moment, but you should be able to get the general idea.
If the majority of our users (that's you) like this chances are I will make it a pretty big spin-off part of the site. It will run off the same forum and user account system the main site does and we may even be able to set something up for user can reviews anime and manga. But I won't waste time working on it if nobody is interested. Currently you can watch the first two episodes of Kemonodzume and the first four episodes of School Days.
Please share with me your opinions on this and things you would like to see added to FAKKU. I take our users seriously, so if you think you know something that would make the site better let me know. Everything you see here is for your benefit, I just enjoy working on it.

Seeing as our goal is to dominate the hentai world anime is also a good start and to boost our site up so mate go with the idea i am supporting it.

I like the idea very much. Having Fakku become an all around Hentai/Anime/Manga community sounds awesome.
Maybe with Manga(hentai or not), Fakku can start to do some of it's own Scanlations regularly. I've been learning to edit manga scans and I would be more than willing to lend my Photoshop skills to editing and whatnot :)... when i get a new computer that is -_-

Cool I think its a great idea!! I believe you should work on it! I just hope it doesn't overshadow the hentai part of the Fakku site( it's my favorite part :mrgreen: ). Otherwise I support it!

I'm kind of out of it right now, University and all... I truly appreciate the time effort, and ideas that you and other people put into this site to make it better as a whole. I believe that this is a great idea, and I support it.

Im for it all the way. I would like to have a site that focuses on any anime related topics(whether it be hentai, anime, manga, etc...). Plus, it will be fun to have 1 site that has everything, instead of having to go to 5 different sites xD!

I would certainly enjoy and use the feature, but might bandwidth consumption be an issue? It would be a great addition, and I am sure that interest in anime is high here, so it would be used, but it generally isn't hard to find unliscenced anime elsewhere, and it would be bad to incur a bandwidth crisis over the addition. I'm not tech savvy though, so I don't know the details of what the issues would be.
In summary, I'd say while it would be a nice addition, it provides something less unique and more easily replaceable than many of the other parts of Fakku, thus one must consider whether it would be worth the potential costs that would be incurred.

I back you one hundred percent. One thing you can also do is get the users in on the act. One site that I know of has more then 1200 anime episodes, so user uploads would be a big help. Creating an ultra mega anime site sounds like a dream which I, and many other fakkers, or whatever we decided on calling ourselves in that vote a while back, would love to help you make that ideal happen. I believe that if we all band together, this site could be a superstar in the anime viewing world.

I think it's a great idea but not one that I personally see myself using as I tend to get my anime as soon as it's released anyway.
The one reservation I have about its implementation is any legal issues it may bring. Plenty of sites do it and I'm sure some come close or surpass Fakku in terms of traffic and attention so it isn't a huge concern but extra heat is always bad.

This is a great idea in my opinion because of the situation Geneon is going through. I hope we can try to get some of their stuff after the leave the States... Also, maybe getting together with Baka-Updates my help considering that they have many fansub torrents almost daily.

i'd like to suggest that there should be also an option for direct downloads and torrents (torrents are everywhere, but for the sake of completion, it'd be cool if there the torrent files are organized and such)
[size=9]'kay, here's an example of a site that provides direct downloads: AniStash - services are nice (re-encodes vids and make the file size twice as small as they were released, but still retains good quality), but they use free file hosting services from other sites such as TurboUpload and MediaFire... FAKKU could make a difference

o god, HELLS NO! watch the site b od crowded with like 100000 ppl on at the same time and u cant view stuff unless u got like a t3 connection which still takes like 1 mins to load a page and u dl at like 10kb/sec, unless u upgrade the speed im cool with it. U can also make it a different site not on the same 1. dat'll make things maybe less crowded it could b like www.fakku.anime.net
