I actually like this Iron Man adaptation, though where the plot will go beats me. And Dio's just another copy of War Machine.

Well at first glance I wasn't sure about this, I am a fan of Iron Man since I was a kid and the old cartoon series and what not, seeing this I couldn't help but laugh a lot, constantly hearing Tony Stark! Stark-san! (Japanese accent) over and over I just kept laughing, and scenes with the journalist were just as amusing. Though at the fight scene
meh that was about the only thing that confused me, or seemed as a surprise, all and all I like and will keep watching.

Maybe because its not written by the movie crew for the movie but I feel that the dialogue is not snappy enough to live up to Stark's reputation. Sure I'm not looking for Robert Downey Jr but regardless, the CGI Iron Man could have been better since the thing that drew me in was the Iron Man Preview. Hope the anime becomes like that in the future if not I'll stop at the 5th episode mark.

I was expecting the animation would be the same like the preview but well it doesn't bother me that much. But the way they animated the facial expression of the characters especially Tony Stark's. Something seems not right like the way his eye's keeps looking up. The action part was really good.

i caught the second episode today...a pretty good episode. Tony stark being accused of smuggling plutonium into japan? intersting to say the least, i'm still trying to imagine Robert Downey Jr.'s voice for the Tony Stark character in this...little to say it might work. i like the animation for the iron man suit, it makes it stand out amongst the background...the first battle scene comes around i the music sounds like mortal kombat style techno?! wow the japanese really knocked out Tony Stark's technology didn't they...the desk with the 3D scale models really look good, damn the dudes who jacked the plutonium went after that chick in some sort of tank. the final battle scene was well done, Tony blew that thing to smithereens. all in all a pretty good second episode...can't wait for the next one.

No spider-man anime please. I am reminded how Japan handled the live action tv show...
Anyways, not sure how I feel about this show yet. So far I think it's been pretty horrible.

I still can't believe you guys liked the first episode.
The second one is a bit more tolerable, but still kinda bad.
Something about the dialogue and characters disagree with me. Especially the female reporter.

According to the bf, they've all been there before at the same time as part of the avengers.
Does this show feel "Saturday morning cartoonish" to anyone else? I feel like the commercials are always going to be about Air heads and Star Wars action figures or new lego sets.
