If you want a physical book, you're either going to have to buy it in Japanese or get things together so you can print and bind the scanlated pages into volumes.

What ending is that?
I personally don't want him to be with Emiru. Their relationship already exceeds a typical boy/girl friendship.
An ideal ending for me is he stays with Madoka and makes peace with Emiru.
