Those poor dolphins, it looks like they will be introducing the Yeti and the Harpy next episode, I want to see more of Levia tan and Muromi.

You know...why do these chicks even have tits? They're fish. They lay eggs. Just seems kind of pointless for non mammalian creatures to have them. And Takkun is learning. Smart kid.

The breast "physics" were good, but I lost it at the cicada.

The Cicada was one of the funniest things in the episode, and the titty monster mermaid was pretty funny. We finally found out how Muromi's tail got so messed up as well.

Because humans are vain creatures who believe the world revolves around them and thus, abnormality is anything human figured but different. That a monster is a mistake on the human form. Gaints, Centaurs, Cyclops, Orc, Goblins, Harpys, Arikura-no-baba, Noppera-bō, Kasa Obake, Rokurokubi, Tengu, ect.

We Identify things that are similar to us best, yet fear them most for not being exactly like us.

Simple answer, because men love breast, I don't think most people can identify a woman without nipples/breast and a belly button as female (or male).


What I find funny is that your stopping point is "breast". If you want to nitpick, you should point out how they are following Disney's/H. C. Andersen's version of mermaids, the original ones would hardly be attractive, let alone desirable considering their nature.

Also (I need someone to tell me so, if I am wrong) but I was under the impression that it's not a fish if it has lungs (Say whales and dolphins for example). Which these girls have. (The eggs, in episode one, and Poseidon's gills is... well... ya, not really scientific, but birds lay eggs, bats can fly and are cold blooded so I can roll-with-it easy enough.)

you know what's the funny thing is?
even though that Cicada and Sea Urchin only briefly appeared just to say some couple of lines,the VA voice alone makes me thinking about Saru from Seto no Hanayome.lol.
