It is important to remember that Madara is untrustworthy. What he says may not in any way be the truth. This Moon's Eye Plan may be a bunch of bullshit.

Or, as one of the characters said in this chapter, he may have been trying to get them to send Naruto and Killer Bee to the front-lines, so they are easier to capture. If they are hidden, they'll be a lot harder to find, and Madara's powers do seem lacking. Akatsuki's pretty much gone. There's just Kisame, Zetsu (who doesn't seem to be much of a fighter), Madara himself, and Sasuke and his gang, who may not be controllable. They can't spend months going to every country and trying to find Naruto and Killer Bee.

If Kishimoto spent an entire chapter cooking up this BS, then Kishimoto is BS.



First of all, they wouldn't have been hidden if there was no war. Naruto would have continued chasing after Sasuke and Killer Bee would have been off on his little field trip on his lonesome. But thanks to Madara alerting everyone of his Moon's Eye plan, expect the two jinchurikis to be given the highest protection the ninja alliance could offer. Heck, the Kages were even thinking of holding back the 2 jinchurikis in the upcoming war. As I said, Madara made this a lot harder than it had to be.



If Madara can use seven Bijuus like he claims, then Madara is the strongest villain yet. In fact, the idea of Madara of being that powerful is what forced the five countries to form the alliance. So it comes to this: If Madara was so powerful, why did he not continue with the old akatsuki plan. They did after all manage to collect 7 Bijuus without having to start a war. Why start one now? I bet Madara would own Naruto or Killer Bee even if he did not have an Akatsuki pair to back him up.

I think Madara CAN control the Bijuus. One reason: He DID control the Kyuubi. The Kyuubi is said to be the strongest bijuu. If Madara Can control the Kyuubi then he will very much likely can controll the rest. That's what I think.

Then Madara should have just ditched his stupid war plan. Kisame didn't even need a war to take on Killer Bee. Can't see why Madara couldn't do the same with Naruto.

Well, there is always a possibility that the moon whatever plan is not perfect, and he need to weaken people for them to be caught in the genjutsu...and the best way of mass weakening is war.

This Chapter made me smile!

But I'm still all for blowing up the moon to end this war before it starts!!

No he is not. He just ran away very very very far from Japan. I think. Didn't the paper girl take Nagato and went somewhere.

No at the end of Nagato's attack on Konoha, the last jutsu he used to bring everyone that he killed back to life, killed him. Chapter #449 shows nagato using the final jutsu and then dying after.

Where's Piccolo when you need him?


I'm with most of you, not sure why Madara needed to declare a war. Perhaps there is a reason that he didn't reveal, and maybe this is all going to his liking. But like udou_akira said, Akatsuki collected 7 already without drawing too much attention, so what's his reason for picking a fight? Guess we'll just see how it turns out, he wouldn't be an evil villain if he didn't have another 28 tricks up his sleeve.
