Thats true. But for right now the only thing I can think of that will help or make Naruto immune to the sharingan is what Itachi forced down his mouth. Unlees something else that has not show up yet in the series is going to do that.

Hell maybe he will become like Deidar(the clay bomb Akatsuki, I think that is his name) and make one or both his eyes not affected by Genjutsu.

Well I had it figured that the power Itachi gave to Naruto would be some sort of Tsukuyomi counter. He probably knew Sasuke would end up resorting to using it on Naruto, either as a way to defeat him without killing him or to try and break him to completely destroy their bonds. Not to mention it would probably be the only thing he could do, like leave some form of himself in Naruto to act as a counter against the genjutsu of the mangekyou.
