@Hermit: I don't think Arclight is making a tournament, I have a feeling that he wants to capture them all for experiments wich were hinted in previous episodes, the whole expirement capsules and all,wich btw I think cruz's Sister is in one of them.
What exactly Arclight is experimenting on or w/e we'll just have to wait and see.

Big question if Adam Arclight is a failure Needless, who's the one perfected Needless the scientist cooked up?

That’s the point of why a tournament would be perfectly in order. I can’t tell for sure but surely, I can smell Adam Arclight cooking up something along those recipes.

Besides, if he either wants to eliminate all NEEDLESS (other than those who could be of use to him and his plans/experiments), what better way to do so by pitting them against each other. It should not only prove to be entertaining but also make life easier for him. Think about it, whether or not he’s capable of disposing anyone who opposes him on his own (regardless of how many those anyone would be), wouldn’t it be more efficient to deal with just a fewer number? Plus, the tournament will therefore determine those who are powerful enough whom he could probably use for whatever evil plans he have and I doubt he has any need for weaklings anyway.


I still lack concrete basis to be able to judge his overall character.. If I'm to guess, he's likely looking for a way to stabilize/perfect his condition/body as a NEEDLESS and such is why he needs Adam Blade..

If I were him, I would definitely prioritize myself and my entire well-being over anything else. That's pretty much how the bad guys think.

True , I have to agree with you here, but i doubt he will base it on who wins, he would probably even take losers, it is probably the abilities he's after. Perhaps one with Regenerative abilities or something along the line?

The story of what happens if Kamina is a clone of jesus christ. And again one of my regulars. Eve is so damned hot and so damned funny in the same time. Always spouting weird shit to say like YAMADA!! Oh the episode with the cute girls brigade where they started stripping butt naked throughout the episode really subtle but really ecchi!

Episode 7 out!!!! This episode had it's taste of fan service and also. We get an idea as to what Arclight's objectives are and a taste of his powers, next episode is going to be epic! Adam vs Adam!

I still cannot quite understand what Arclight's powers are, but hopefully Blade can memorize it. Also we will see Disc in battle next episode? I'm looking forward to seeing how she will fight.

Now I just wait till Hermit comes and gives his opinion on this episode ^^.

Disc is a support character I don't think she will attack in fact I think she will be there helping the other Needless umm, Terayama? You know the fire guy

I didn't find much of anything to like in the first half of the episode, really. Mostly in regards to the 2 girlie squad divisions going up against one another in deciding who gets to "represent", yo! That part ate up more than half of the episode which I found neither appealing to my eyes and sense of humor. Now I'm very certain that I don't like any of those girls.

Moving on to the more intriguing and significant part of the episode... KAMI DA!!! As I did expect nothing less from Arclight or should I call him GOD instead!? This is why I tend to freakin love most boss villains more than those wannabe-hypocrite-heroes; most of the time, if not every time, they're brutally awesome. And I can most often relate to those characters anyway.

Guess there's not much of a tournament to be had in the first place.. I'm honestly glad that it didn't come down to that cause that would be rather unpleasant, unoriginal, and un-motivating to watch. If next week's episode would indeed feature the two Adam fighting each other, I could only see it going one way.. Adam's thrashing!! LOL Which Adam? Let me just say that I've always believed that at the very end of everything in existence, GOoD shall prevail.

Anyway, while I do believe that their battle couldn't possibly be decided by abilities alone and as if not knowing anything much about the two's origins would help me figure out the deciding factor.. they're basically of the same project/creation and have the same structure/body, that's the only shit I know right now so.. who knows what might just happen although Blade obviously is the underdog going into this battle.


I would have to agree with mwong04 here. Disc ain't exactly the fighting type and as her abilities would imply, it's safe to say that she could only provide informational/strategical support from a safe distance. Plus I wouldn't want her to get hurt now would I? :D (She's "elderly" dammit! Show some respect will ya?!) - yet she doesn't look the least old... :lol:

Btw, who's Terayama?! There's no such character in the series named like that is there? If you're referring to the fire guy, then it must be Uchida!!

I have to agree there, Arclight already knows about his abilities probably hearing it from the little pink girl who's name I can't remember. While on the other hand, Blade knows next to nothing about Arclight.

And i thought i was the only one that like bad character with godly characters. Calling himself GOD has just earned Arclight a rightful space in the " I like bad guys" list.

Though there's unlikely any baddies that can over throw Oda Nobunaga. NEVER.

Needless episode 8 out. Archlight aparrantly has the same ability as Blade o_O, thus an epic battle begins :D. I was kinda surprised with that Fan-woman's fragment. But what really bugs me... is what did they do with Eve?! Are they planning on using her to betray Blade in some way? or use her for a possible coup d'etat? On another note I was actually impressed with the fireguy, my respect for him has risen just a little.

Pretty much you've answered your question about Eve. Uchida(Momiji or the fire dude) has strength, but not in the level as Blade's, Arclight or Mio's.

It's pretty much an epic, violent, action packed anime. I can't for the 3 loli's fight Blade in episode 9 and Disc will "FLASH" again her "GOODS".

It's not 100% about betraying blade tho... I found that guy to be suspicious...he might very well really be planning a coup d'etat? Idk i just smell something fishy for some reason.

Episode 9!!!!!!! This episode was amazing. one of the best so far, especialy the Disc haha She's a trap o_O. On to more important matters 2 new people finally make their appearance(That should make Hermit happy ) and apparantly they are bad ass o_O. I bet my soul that there are needless in those cacoon-ish things. That Saten guy really really looks like he's plannin something, I'm not sure what though. Arclight apparantly isn't "GOD" yet, since his body is deteriorating. Can't wait to see the next episode where you see Blade's past o_O.

Also... I find it strange that he isn't affected by Eve, or the other two girls but weak as hell against other girls... maybe he's already gotten a piece of them xD haha ok no.
