Only negima worth watching are the 2 different OADs or OAVs. The summer festival one and the one where they are actually in the magic world.

WHY cant they make series longer like manga^^

Because the comic book is still going. Ken Akamatsu is trying to finish it. Its getting interesting though. If they made the series longer it'll become a naruto/bleach/onepiece/reborn/FMA. They all dragged on too long and became kinda shit.

Im currently reading it, its really good
