Getting back on topic, I am not very knowledgeable about the G Gundam universe, so I can't really say which Gundam I prefer out of the two.

The thread is asking the FAKKERs opinions on their preferred Gundam, not their opinion of the anime itself. Therefore his comment was generally off-topic, and deserved my flame.

you are clearly asking what we think. There is more than two gundam series, so this discussion has a wide array of answers. There should have been a third option such as "neither". If I understand forums correctly, its suppose to involve the whole community, you can't exclude fans of the series for just two parts of it. You also can't expect people to always give you positive feedback all the time. What if I was a fan of gundam unicorn and didn't like these two? Don't ask for opinions if you can't accept the answer.

-The community was given two gundam choices to choose from in which gundam they like more. OP wasn't asking for anything else.

-The person answered with 'none' which was okay but added on with the series sucked or something along that line. It didnt relate to the gundam itself. Its clear the OP didnt ask for any opinion towards any series of some sort but was only asking which gundam you would prefer. And as the replies would show most chose between the two while some gave a proper reason as to why they cant choose from the two. Like Gambler said, he doesnt know much about the other and as to that reson he cant pick from the two.

OP is asking for what we think, but only for those TWO GUNDAMS, not any other gundams nor anime. So for that reason people should focus on the topic unless otherwise asked so. Now if OP did ask for an opinion regarding the anime then it would be fine but he didnt.

Negative feedbacks are fine so long as they dont go over the line, but again the 'negative feedback' didnt relate to the topic and as such is crap.

-Now concerning a 'third option' whats the point since this is pretty much a closed discussion regarding the two gundams, if you want to make such a big deal about you thoughts that does not relate to the question being asked, make a new topic no one is stopping you. You ask whatever you want, be as vague as you want or specific on your question. But for now stay on topic. You yourself hasnt even answered the question and your trying to defend someone else... -_-

Your just contradicting yourself, stop it... Plus your missing the point. What if I thought neither of them we're any good huh? You can't exclude his opinion just because it doesn't involve those two anime considering that fact that the gundam series is huge. It doesn't matter if the conversation was about just these two gundams, he gave his opinion and said he didn't like either. What your problem is, is your getting all butt-hurt because you didn't like what he said not because it didn't relate to the topic. The point is that guy your talking trash about happens to be my friend, so yes I'm gonna back him up.

hhhmmm shining Gundam or burning Gundam... Hard to say... This is a mind puzzler. I wasn't really a big fan of shining or burning, I like the new gundams though. I can't really say which one is better because I hate them both. I actually have no idea idea what your talking about though, but I just thought I'd contribute to the thread.

I have always liked the design for Burning Gundam better. Both were cool but in the end I'm sticking with the BURNING FINGER!!!

One of the reasons I prefer Shining.
