Soul Eater 30

Nice episode. Packed with action and story goodness. Got to see the twisted side of Patty again, I like her even more, now.

It's easy to see a big story twist coming up. I hope Shinigami doesn't turn out to be evil, I kinda like him. Even Sid looks like he's in on something suspicious, which would make me sad.

I haven't read the manga... but I may go find it out of fear of stumbling across a spoiler, and when it comes to good stories I get impatient when waiting to see what happens next. Would you suggest it?

Yeah this was a good episode, even though I don't like Kid that much. I just don't think he's that great of a character. Patty on the other hand is EXCELLENT. How she has that child-like side of her but she also has that absolutely INSANE side as well. The two extremes are portrayed so well by her speech to her facial expressions. I love it.

As for the story, it seems somethings going down in Shibusen. I hope for the best though. Sid and Shinigami are awesome and I hope they aren't doing anything that would make me dislike them.

I was also thinking, you know how sometimes Kid wears the shinigami outfit like in this episode? With the cloak and the mask. Is it just an outfit to resemble Shinigami-sama or does that mean that Shinigami-sama is also wearing a cloak and a mask? Is he a person underneath it all?

i wondered the same thing when i saw kid wearing his...stuff like this needs to be answered
