Soul Eater 36

A lot happened in this one. Where do I start?
Well, we hear Soul play the piano. (AWESOME!)

And they go ape-shit on Mosquito.
First Black Star...



That binding shadow move Black Star used was awesome.
Next was Kid...


I love how the Shinigami skulls are in the smoke cloud.
And finally Maka...


Maka's "Demon Hunt" was pretty badass looking.

Unfortunately mosquito can pop off his own head(?) and he escapes.
When he gets back he tells Arachne that the BREW was broken. Shocking moment no. 1

Then Eruka Frog and the mouse things, who were hanging out by the vortex, return to Medusa with real BREW. Shocking moment no. 2!

And then Medusa says that the snake in Mary is accelerating Stein's craziness and when he resonates with Mary he'll go off the deep end completely. Shocking moment no. 3.

Now Medusa intends to use BREW to beat Shibusen, Arachnophobia, and the Kishin.
Can someone clear this up for me though? I thought Medusa was on the Kishin's side. Well, I guess that the Kishin doesn't really want to be a side with anyone. Maybe Medusa wants to control the Kishin with it.

I don't know. But I really want to see what the BREW does if it can make Medusa that confident. I mean, it's just a small box with gears on it.

Unfortunately next week looks like a filler so we won't get to see yet.
But it does feature Kid with all his OCD-ness. So it'll be funny at least.

Black Star has heart disease now. Thanks alot black blood.

I think it wasn't the black blood, but he hasn't mastered the Fey Blade, So it still sucks his soul. Prolonged use of the fey blade is dangerous for his body.

The episode was great. Loved Black Star, Kid, and Maka kicking some ass. Great fighting, and like Madness said, hearing Soul play the piano was great, too.

I thought this episode was really sick. Everyone was kicking the SHIT out of mosquito and it was awesome. Their resonance was so cool, especially Maka's Demon Hunter. Cut him right in two!

I only didn't like Soul's piano playing. I thought it was gonna be a nice jazz tune or something along those lines. But I did like how it sounded chaotic. And it had all those kishin eyes in the background, so it made sense.

The music reminded me of FF battle songs...lol.

When Maka brought out her Demon Hunting and struck it through the pillars, my eyes watered up because of how freakin' awesome that was. What an incredible fight. Soul Eater FTW! 8)

I Agree, I thought it was going to be a cool music. But it was just a wacky sound. Although the fighting was totally fun and exciting.
