I voted for Nora because she does not deserve 0 votes. For all Horo fans, you may think that Horo is the most beautiful female anime character, but Nora makes the former shine out even more, and therefore, the latter deserves a vote too.

Hmm... this is interesting. I voted for Nora because I honestly think she's hotter. I'll admit that it was a really tough decision, but the blonde hair brown eye combination really does it for me.
