I think the pace of New Waves is just gonna be another Breaker(1st series) but much quicker since he knows what to do and needs to do it.
Like Breaker is from total-noob into a moderate Murim throughout the entire series. Then New Waves comes in total-noob into a limited Murim, but on the way to becoming a better Murim then he was before.

I think New Waves has a slower pace then The Breaker.
As for this chapter, seems nothing's been revealed about Shiho. Maybe it won't be for a few weeks yet, *sigh*. I wonder who was brought in, his gf?

I think it may be his mom because he barley sees his mom and something could of happened at restaurant she works at.

Suprised I liked this one, people said it had a similar vibe to GTO but I hated GTO and realy enjoy this one :/

I agree with most people, New Waves is much slower than the original. But at least there are more chicks to drool over ^^ I dislike the way the manhwa chapter are made I guess. Seems to... choppy from chapter to chapter.
It looks like the next few chapters will be some kick ass fighting, hopefully with some more torn clothes on the chicks ^^ Although the maid attire and gothic wear are pleasing enough, lol.

I freaking love The breaker and new weaves! its concentraded epicness and has become the highlights of my week, it even beates christmas eve!
i've also asked my local distributer to get order them home, but its not in english and i dont speak korean. :(
however i have thougt about buying the original just to support the series, mostly thanks to this http://www.mangareader.net/the-breaker-new-waves/54/20 :)

Also just read chapter 56 and i cant belive that the elder is going to try to kill shi-woon, even after ha-il told him the story.
I hope he'll at least accept jennie as part of the family now. though she might stand in the way when he'll try to kill shi-woon

I was pretty hyped for this chapter. Glad the Elder finally understands the boy. I couldn't have expected a better chapter for this week. Elder getting pissed off at the sight of Jini being severely injured, and protecting Shi-oon for his own reasons similar to it.
