Top 100 Characters Of 2010

Seriously!? What a list!
In my opinion:
Kickiluxxx: "Teacher, I will now submit your top 100 of whatever project. Mine is top 100 anime characters of 2010. Uhm, May I ask if you can tell me my grade now?"
Teacher: "Sure, just let me see that." (After 15 seconds, teacher stares badly at Kickiluxxx) "Because you are the first to submit your project, I'll give you an additional mark. So it's D.
Kickiluxxx: "Oh my goddess! Why D?! I have a good list, my presentation was colored cleanly, the characters well lined up, I have a good intro, everything was perfect!!"
Teacher: Not that your list is soooo utterly biased, nor your list contains very few of my favorite characters, nor your number 1 character and not to mention your other characters on list are really soooo... Oh sorry! Well you got D because I cannot read Japanese."
