I didn't enjoy the convoluted and plodding philosophies of Akira and Ghost in the Shell as much as the mainstream critics, leaving my favorite anime movies as all Miyazaki creations.

I haven't watched much movies because they are usually pretty crap, but HoliC's and One Piece movie 4 have a proper story, which i think is a rare in anime movies made from a serie.
