Toradora! 9

So here's a quick rap up of episode 9 fo' ya'!



Everyone met at the train station to go to Ami's villa. They quickly coordinated a dance. Probably Minori's idea.


Taiga and Ryuuji plot to get Ryuuji closer to Minori by scaring her so Ryuuji can be a hero by protecting her.
I particularly loved this moment. (If you notice, Minori seems to have two right feet.)


Kitamura gets nude.


Taiga gets excited.


Minori sees "something black and hairy."
Best moment of this episode.


Taiga spends time with Kitamura after eating spicy curry.


Ryuuji and Minori get closer and discuss their views on love.


Taiga and Ryuuji find their rooms tampered with and it ends with a cliffhanger!
DUN DUN DUN!


Also, I thought this was a cute moment.

this episode was of course great am glad i decided to keep watching at episode 3(meaning i kinda dropped it then got back into it)
cuz this series is doin just 2 great...every episode so far is full of win.
but ok first things off i cant believe minorin lol takin snap shots of kitamura when he's naked and he just blushes lol...and wtf is up wit the "something black and hairy" part...i died from that lol i wonder what would have happend if taiga saw that :shock: :oops:

and man did taiga and ryuuji get really close...hmmm 8) :? 8)

Really nice episode overall, different from those moeblob haram anime I've seen

The chat between Minori and Ryuuji really gets me by comparing love and ghost

I am prob the only one that cares about this, but is anyone else worried about the safety of his pet bird Inko-chan, I mean his mom didn't look like she was really paying much attention while he was explaining how to take cae of him.....

I thought this episode was great! There were so many parts where I found myself just cracking up. These episodes need to come out faster...


You have them all together, but when I first saw Minori and Kitamura like this, I died.

I thought Minori looked super cute here.

This episode was so good. There's just so much that happened that you could go on for hours talking about it. I really liked the end where Taiga and Ryuuji were sitting down and Taiga started to say that if the dream was real it wouldn't be that bad. I love it! NEED MORE.

Wait is it just me? I thought that Minori looked like she knew that Ryuji liked her. Seriously she totally hinted at him that she knew didn't she?

Am I wrong? Did I just perceive something that I wanted to see?

Well anyways. The show has been going in an amazing way and it's following the novel perfectly except for some small fillers.

I'm very happy about how the show has been doing.

i agree at first i was like oh snap she knows and shes about 2 reject him...to bad so sad...but then she goes on about the whole ghost thing and made me freaking think...but yea long story short i agree with u lol

I agree with you. That's why she gave that whole ghosts metaphor. She knows that Ryuuji likes her, but she doesn't feel the same way, towards anyone for that matter. She believes in love but she just doesn't feel it. But Ryuuji had a nice answer, I thought. He said that you can't be sure you'll never see it, and maybe there are ghosts that want to be seen by you.

I think Inko's pretty much doomed. That bird loses feathers and passes out every time I see it. I'm more worried about his mom. She looks likes she's about to succumb to alcohol poisoning at any moment. She needs AA! haha

The things I would do to his mother...

Seriously what's wrong with that psychotic bird? It really freaks me out everytime :shock:

The most interesting thing in this episode is Kitamura. Not only does he seem to have an ulterior motive since he actually abandoned his student council duties, but we see the first instance of eccentricity in his character. We also see a very serious side to Minori. Ami also seems more serious in her pursuit of Ryuuji, and Ryuuji shows more interesting faces as his cleaning obsession kicks in.

Ryuuji was funny when he came crying to Taiga after Ami "played with his innocent heart" during the shower bit.

omfg how can i forget that part...that was my favorite part of the whole episode

I liked how Taiga got slapped later when Ami was actually taking a shower. :lol:

And of course, Boing and boing... and BOING!
