Too bad the PS3 version will remove that system, so it's going to be pure Visual Novel.

EDIT: Anpther hard thing is aside the lack of motive from it's non-voiced version, I don't know if this game has music or not. :roll:

As probably the most "engrossed" viewer of White Album around, I just can't believe that I missed out on the latest announcement regarding the series.

It was announced on its Official Website a "week" ago (March 6), that the series will have a "second half" consisting of episodes 14-26, which will air on this year's Fall season.

My initial reaction to it was...

Just when I honestly thought that they were setting it up for a grand finale, building up the tension with regards to the upcoming concert and stuff... this news suddenly comes out of nowhere! I have mixed feelings about it tbh. I'm really enjoying the series "by far" but with its unpredictability, it's hard to tell how they're planning to keep everything intact while ending it in a "hanging" manner; most importantly, its "transition" towards the second half. Guess I'd just have to wait and see the "season-ender" first. *scratches head in frustration*

What game are u talking about??? Is it the Visual novel in PC? I heard it is a kinetic visual novel. Is it not? But there is no voice anyway. Sigh. Just want to ask. Is the PS3 game has voice version???

However I'm mostly happy about it. I was thinking how they would fill the gaps and I just couldn't figure out how they were gonna tell us everything in 1 episode. This will probably be an open ending with a big dramatic climax. Then the bastards will leave us there in our seats like: WTF ZOMG NOW I GOTTA WAIT TILL FALL UNTIL I CAN SEE WHAT SHE/HE IS GONNA DECIDE >.<.

Yes, it is the visual novel for the PC, it's +18, it's a AVG+SLG game and it was released before the term Visual Novel was out. :lol:
The one I'm struggling to play is the 1998 version that has been programed to be compatible for Windows XP. No voices and lack of BGM really hurts my motivation.

and about the PS3 version, I'd be surprised if it wasn't voiced, and it's going to be a safe version and removing the SLG element from the game, so it's just going to be a pure visual novel.

There, I still have doubts about the english version, because the White Album English version sounds more like "New Premonition" To Heart ED song.

Do u think there will be a voice patch??? Though thinking it will be in PS3. I might buy it, where I wonder will it be a special visual novel. Cause I never heard a pure visual novel in PS3. It is interesting. Hehehehe. Can`t wait to see what it will turns out.

I doubt there will be a voice patch, since the PS3 one is a remake, and I think it will not match perfectly with the old one.

And Yes, the PS3 version will be pure Visual Novel.

PS: Me is very excited with the continuation of the series! :D I fuckin hated the fact that I had to wait half a year for this!

TBH, I think White album would've been better as a live drama than an anime. It just feels too much like those soap operas I watched back in highschool.

I'm on episode 11 and I don't know why, but Touya is pissing me off more than Makoto did. Touya's so fukken dense and stupid as fuck. I prefer douchebaggery over stupidity. Gotta finish out the season tomorrow to see how much farther Touya falls in my rankings, though I guess I should give him a little more slack since half the reason might be because I'm biased towards Rina. >_>

lol, please don't try comparing Touya with Makoto, both have different situations, Touya is the too kind type, while Makoto is the Lusting type.

and yes, the 2nd season will start soon. Can't wait for the conclusion, and definitely not a Bloody story (I know, I've seen the CGs. lol ) I just hope they won't make a Utilitarian ending where Touya doesn't "hooks up" with anybody...
