what's the most brutal/painful accident you've seen in anime

And fellow anime fans and fellow manga fans and of course fellow gamers too as well this question is mainly asking you guys what is/or was the most brutal or the most painful accident you have ever seen in anime meaning i.e he/or she fell down if he or she tripped etc.etc. alright i will let you say live action,live action shows,live action movies too as well don't worry it can be any anime from past up to present.

I guess I'll start first i don't know does it counts as most brutal or most painful but i would say when Madarame fell down.he tripped and spring his wrist,he laughed at himself because he's embarrassed he still trys to suppresses his pain and refuses to let anyone check his injuries until he collapsed and can't take the pain anymore and he ask one of his friends/club mates buy him some good stuff and a card pack ouch that hurts i hate that to happen him and to any of us.

Ahahaha. Guess I'm watching Blood C or at least Blood +, because people keep telling me Blood C is awful.

Blood C isn't that bad. Not the greatest anime, but would recommend it if you are a fan of clamp's works (other then that, you aren't missing much). The movie was a bigger disappointment then anything.

OT: death's in Another are technically considered accidental and are pretty gruesome.

Blood+ is long but has a good plot with blood service here and there.
Blood-C is a simple plot with blood service at the end.

It doesn't matter which one you watch first.

Ugh... Blood c sure is bloody... Eherm. For some classic bloody deaths, then I suppose everyone is aware about this classic show straight from the 80's.

That part in Akira where Tetsuo's girl gets crushed always makes me wince.

There are some screwed up scenes in Shadow Star Narutaru that are pretty brutal. At least one is considered an accident, probably...

Too bad the scene that came after ruined it. But hey that's a magical girl anime what do you expect.

JJBA: Stardust Crusaders has some pretty gruesome scenes in it, though only one or two could really be considered "accidents".
