No, it was the physical one. It was just on that order info page that it had it marked as $19.95. Still got charged the $30.

And no price listed on the page for those, right? At least that's how my first order here looks that also had three items. At least the total is still correct, as is the info in the e-mail confirmation...

Is there any reason the digital only/limited physicals don't have a chapter list like the other books? Would love to have them so I could favorite my favorite chapters in them :/

I'm always torn with stuff like that. On the one hand, it's your money and I think you should be able to buy and resell things if you want to, but on the other hand it's kind of dickish to do that with limited run type stuff that most people just want to own a single copy of to use.

Unless jacob give me a discount it doesn't make monetary sense to resell them. Even at 40$. I would need to sell 10 just to see real worth.
