Changes to older magazines

Hello,
I noticed that the previews for October do not include the October issue of Shitsurakuten (recall Shitsurakuten went bi-monthly starting in June, so the next issues were released in August and October). Furthermore, i noticed that the preview page has been edited so that Shitsurakuten 2019-10 (the August issue) is listed as a preview for September, even though the first work for the issue was released in late August. I am assuming the reason for this is found in the following:

Secondly, as it relates to the new magazines, I want to quickly touch upon the changes made to our older magazines. While Shitsurakuten and X-Eros went bi-monthly, they unfortunately are released on the same month, meaning there's now an ebb and flow of content on alternating months. To give an example, last month we received data for Kairakuten, BEAST, Shitsurakuten, X-Eros, Bavel, and Aoha, whereas this month we'll only get data for Kairakuten, BEAST, and Bavel.

I have a few questions:
- By "released on the same month", i am assuming that FAKKU receives the data for both comics on the same month. Also, i am assuming the month when Shitsurakuten is released in Japan since Shitsurakuten releases in the middle of the month while X-Eros releases in the beginning of the month. This makes the most sense to me because I figured that FAKKU would receive the data for these comics either slightly before or on the day the comic gets released in Japan. Are these correct?
- Will Shitsurakuten issues be listed as a preview here for the month after the month it was released in Japan moving forward? (for example, the next Shitsurakuten is slated for December. Will that issue be listed as a preview for January?) If so, does that mean that we will not be getting any works from Shitsurakuten on the month that the issue was released in Japan? (This question also applies to the October issue of Shitsurakuten. If its not listed on the preview page, does that mean we won't see any works from that issue until November?)

I think Shitsurakuten just ended up in September to match the dates with the other magazines. I'll try to give as concise of an answer as possible:
We start working on the magazines as soon as we receive the work files. I expect us to get 2019-12 data mid next week, and X-Eros #81 data toward the very end of the month. The preview thread is just a matter of presentation, but I think I'll start listing them on alternating months from now on.
Technically the magazines are released on separate months, but they come out within two weeks of each other, and then we go 1½ months with no new data. That's basically what I meant when I said they come out on the same month.
